What Outpatient Imaging and Laboratory Patients Need to Know

Your physician must complete the imaging and/or lab order form.
The order is then faxed to our hospital.
If clarification is needed, our Patient Services Manager will contact the ordering provider for additional information.
Our team will contact you to schedule your appointment.
X-ray services do not require an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome with a valid physician order.
CT scans, MRI exams, and ultrasound imaging require scheduled appointments in advance.

Insurance & Payment Information

We accept most major commercial insurance plans. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, emergency visits are covered regardless of network status.

Please note that insurance prior authorization is required for most outpatient diagnostic tests. We also offer transparent cash-pay pricing, which may lower out-of-pocket costs and reduce delays associated with insurance approvals. Flexible payment options are available, including in-house plans and CareCredit® financing.
